The same is true for individual leaders. Their strengths are what got them to where they are today. If you are a leader, you are famous for what got you the leadership job and any promotions, not for your weaknesses.
Leaders always have a clear idea of what good looks like and how they are going to get there. Their team knows what each individual is responsible for and what their individual role is. Leaders know whose action it is, when it is due, and how the action is going to be measured. Leaders actively follow up on actions and projects.
Of all the business people, entrepreneurs, and leaders in the world, 97% are mediocre. The other 3% make more money than the 97% put together. Those 3% all share the same trait: a burning desire to be the best. They have life plans with documented goals and objectives. They accept nothing less for themselves than being the very best they can be.
