In addition, she helps people see how fear can be a useful technique in coaching, the bigger the dream and goal, the larger fear can be helpful and can be the cue to action.
Ellie has helped leading technology CEOs make major changes and deal with company crisis and worked on remodelling behaviour amongst senior teams to change culture at the top.
