Phil Daly has been involved with improving people's performance in both small and large organisations, at both staff and management levels, for over 30 years.

Phil’s experience as a People Performance manager and consultant in both the private and public sectors provided him with the knowledge, skills and experience to develop and implement human resources development processes and systems in both small and large organisations.
As a former senior manager and business owner of several businesses, Phil has the unique ability to relate to business owners and managers, and understand first hand the difficulties they all share. Phil has found that executives and business owners need someone with whom to discuss ideas and talk about any obstacles that may get in the way of their personal or business success.
As a facilitator or coach, Phil can help people develop success strategies to change things in their business themselves.
As founding director of a successful human resources development business, Phil works with a variety of businesses ranging from manufacturers, retailers and wholesalers, franchisors and franchisees, human and community services, tourism and hospitality and professional and business services.
Phil holds a Master of Arts degree in Communication Management, with majors in Organisation Development and Adult Learning, and is a member of Coachville and the International Association of Coaching. Phil has been a past Director of the Northern Rivers Community Foundation, (2008 - 2017) a founding member of the NSW northern rivers business 'think tank' - "Sourdough Group" and Broadcaster of a weekly 60 minute business radio program, "Byron Business" on Bay-FM for the past 15 years.
In 1999, Phil completed a Diploma in Retailing from the Australian Centre for Retail Studies / Monash University, as part of his lifelong learning plan and continues to pursue his own personal growth and development.
His knowledge and skills in 'people management' is well known in the industry.
